Season ending and career ending injuries are a total game changer. Literally. In a split second your entire identity as you knew it can feel like it was taken from you. For many elite and student athletes, COVID-19 has just ended your season, and depending on if this was the last season you had planned on playing, it may have just abruptly ended your athletic career as well. If this is something you`re struggling with, know that you are not alone. Jessica has the experience and interest in supporting you through this difficult transition while you figure out your next steps.

Jessica also has special interest in concussion management and after receiving considerable training in cognitive remediation, she helped develop and present on the Return-to-Learn protocol post-concussion at a local University.

As stress can bleed into nearly every aspect of one`s life including frequently impacting sleep and libido, Jessica additionally specializes in CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia) and behavioral intervention for sexual pleasure and performance concerns.

Jessica believes in helping empower her clients to uncover their inner strengths by removing negative core beliefs or whatever other barriers may be standing in the way of reaching their full potential or desired goals.
