Mark has helped thousands of students and athletes do what they love to do, better. As an educator and coach, he brings a unique and personalized approach to each performer he works with. He helps each performer find their key to unlocking personal excellence.

With diverse experiences including youth, high school and collegiate sport; martial arts; Mock Trial; and AP classes, he understands how to work with performers in a variety of settings. Prior to starting a high school mental conditioning program in his hometown of Las Vegas, he worked as a mental conditioning coach at IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. He is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP) and a certified GolfPsych instructor. Both Long Beach State University and UNLV won conference championships in women`s golf with his help, and he`s been a part of multiple high school state championships.

Mark helps individuals develop and apply the mental skills and attributes necessary for individuals to perform at their best when they need it the most. In collaboration with the performer, a mindful awareness of strengths and deficiencies is established. From there, an individualized plan is created to help clients achiever their goal with assertive action. Support continues as clients implement the plan; additional reinforcement and fine-tuning are provided as clients progress.
