Bio:



Nastasja is a sport psychologist and mental coach specialized in elite soccer. She completed her Bachelor`s degree in Psychology (University of Ljubljana) and continued with her studies in Greece where she obtained a European Master`s Degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology (University of Thessaly).


She worked with two first league professional soccer teams (senior and academy) in two different countries and is engaged in helping elite soccer players reach peak performance and learn how to self-regulate in order to do so. She also works with coaches, parents, technical staff, board members and everyone involved in professional soccer clubs. She is engaged in research projects on soccer and has attended conferences in football psychology in Liverpool (GB) and Copenhagen (Denmark).


As she has been raised in a basketball family and is personally engaged in various fighting sports (Filipino-Indonesian martial arts, boxing, kickboxing, MMA, BJJ, grappling etc.) she is devoted to providing support as a mental coach to other team and individual sports apart from professional soccer.


She has been a dancer and musician for 10+ years and is still involved in various arts and crafts. Seeing eye to eye with performers in dancing and artistic fields, she is eager to work with them and help them reach self-belief, well-being and success.


She also works with performers from business sectors and is available for sessions with medical staff for developing stress management skills and recovering their psychological well-being since the situation with COVID-19.


As an individual who has lived in five different countries by the age of 25 she is always motivated to put her multicultural experiences to good use and work with people from different cultural backgrounds.


The approaches she finds most effective are: CBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy), Person-centered therapy (Rogerian therapy), Logotherapy (Viktor Frankl), Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), Mindfulness and Meditation practice.
